Almox 500 mg capsule is a penicillin-type antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections, including those of the throat, ear, nasal sinuses, respiratory tract (pneumonia, bronchitis), urinary tract, skin, and soft tissues. It works by killing bacteria and is also used to eradicate H. pylori in peptic ulcers.
