PL 40 tablet (Pantoprazole) is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to reduce stomach acid production. It treats gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, acid reflux, heartburn, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, allowing damaged tissues in the stomach and esophagus to heal. It is typically taken on an empty stomach. 

Amoxykey 500 tablet (containing 500mg Amoxicillin) is a broad-spectrum penicillin-type antibiotic used to treat diverse bacterial infections, including those of the throat, ear, nasal sinuses, respiratory tract (pneumonia, bronchitis), urinary tract, skin, and dental abscesses. It works by stopping bacterial growth. 

Johnlee Minoxidil (typically 2% or 5% topical solution/spray) is used to treat androgenetic alopecia (male/female pattern baldness) by stimulating hair growth and slowing further hair loss, particularly on the vertex (top) of the scalp. It acts as a vasodilator, increasing blood flow to hair follicles to promote growth.
